Mitali Jangpangi

Welcome, I'm Mitali! 

A certified Yoga teacher from the esteemed Sivananda Yoga Ashram, with a 200-hour certification. I'm also a passionate Dance Movement Therapy Practitioner, specializing in contemporary and improvisation techniques.

Yoga and mindfulness are my secret weapons for becoming stronger, more flexible, and mindful. I've experienced the transformative power of these practices firsthand, and now I want to share them with you. My mission is to help you connect physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—to yourself and others.

When you step into my classes, you'll be embraced by a fusion of traditional Yoga and contemporary movement. I seamlessly blend the ancient wisdom of Yoga with the expressive freedom of dance, creating a truly holistic and captivating experience.

 My practice extends beyond the physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama). I'll guide you in meditation, explore the profound philosophy of Yoga, and help you embody the teachings on and off the mat.
